We had a really great 3-night stay at this boat hotel in Budapest and enjoyed everything very much. Staying on a boat was such a nice and different experience, and our kids absolutely loved it. It made the whole trip even more special for our family. The location was great, the food was very good, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful during our whole stay. We especially want to say thank you for the last day. We told the hotel only at the last minute that we had to leave very early in the morning, and they still prepared food packages for us to take on the journey. We really appreciated that. Thank you for a lovely stay — we would happily come back again!

This floating hotel on the Danube is an absolutely unique and memorable experience. Staying right on the water, with stunning views of Budapest—especially the illuminated Hungarian Parliament Building—creates a magical atmosphere, particularly at night. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the gentle movement of the water adds a relaxing touch to the stay. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast: rich, fresh, and very diverse, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Enjoying a delicious meal while overlooking the river is simply unforgettable. The location is excellent, close to major attractions and perfect for evening walks along the Danube. The overall vibe is calm, romantic, and slightly different from a typical hotel stay—which makes it even more special. Verdict: A fantastic choice for anyone looking for something unique in Budapest. Great views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent breakfast make this floating hotel a standout experience.

Great quirky boat. Boat is an original boat and have cabin rooms. We stayed as a couple in our 30s in twin rooms with the city view rather than the sea view which is we don’t mind. Cabins are warm and have heating if need be and the beds are comfy, although some people may want more pillows. Rooms very clean. You may need to ask for hairdryer, irons, kettles etc… probably could do with more hangers depending on a persons stay also. We had two hangers each. We borrowed a hairdryer but couldn’t get a kettle and it costs money if you want a hot drink from reception. Breakfast had an okay selection and hot drinks and juice. Location is great for walkers but wouldn’t be the ideal place for someone in a wheelchair/ buggy or someone who struggles to walk. It’s a close walk to the metro, trams and you can get a cab easier up the road, it’s a struggle to get a cab come close to the boat. Overall pleasant experience
