A lovely hotel in a very quiet neighborhood, close to public transport. The breakfast was excellent and extensive. We had a large, clean, and beautiful two-room suite with a veranda. The air conditioning was inadequate for the temperatures during our visit; however, the incredibly helpful staff immediately brought us a fan and replaced the refrigerator, which was unfortunately also underperforming. Despite this, the experience was perfect.

I'll start with the positives: the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was tasty, although many items were frequently running out. Now the negatives: the service was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and spent time chatting outside the hotel instead of being at the front desk to check guests in. When we were checking out, we asked for help paying for street parking. We had to park on the street because our car was too large for the hotel parking garage, but we were only informed about this after making the reservation. The receptionist simply shrugged and said she only had 10 forints in the cash register and told us to download the parking app instead. This was especially frustrating because there is a notice at the reception desk stating that the staff can assist guests with one hour of parking. Only one elevator was working, and it was so small that there were constant delays. At one point we waited 15 minutes. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff were also using the same elevator, often blocking it with their cleaning cart. We stayed for two nights, and the problem was not fixed during our stay.
