Room is simple, little small, big double bed, comfy. bathroom is clean. The receptionist not look like who live this job, I ask something and hardly give the answer. Close to the metro 2 line.

Nice, quiet hotel, no noise from other rooms even if hotel was fully booked. Receptionist was very friendly and polite. We also enjoyed breakfast, nice atmosphere outside and also inside. And of course excellent location near Puskas arena 🤘

The staff of this place was arrogant, treated us poorly and threatened us to go to sleep elsewhere for a mistake they caused. AT 2 IN THE NIGHT WITH A SNOW STORM OUTSIDE. We got to this facility because they canceled our flight and wizzair reserved some rooms in this hotel for emergency. One person couldn’t book through the wizzair app and booked through booking since there were rooms available. We got there in the night, confused and upset for what was happening. The staff threatened to rejected our reservation through booking cause “they dont check booking and they didn’t think about it” so why what is exactly your job? why do you leave booking open for people to reserve rooms and you deny them a place to spend the night in the first place?! Who threatens to leave a woman in the street when you know you have plenty of rooms available and it’s your fault if you don’t know how to make your job. Since we complained about their incompetence and unprofessional treatment they lied about the availability of the rooms for the next days (since we needed to spend also the following night in budapest) and it proves it the fact that they reserved rooms for other guests in front of us.
