As frequent hotel visitors in Budapest, we have our fair share of experience. My wife has high standards in terms of the service we receive and the quality of the rooms (including cleanliness) and this hotel is her favorite. Even though this is our first visit at Helios, we are definitely going to return. Plus, the view is beautiful.

Everything was absolutely wonderful and I suggest getting a room with a balcony because I absolutely LOVED the view as I sipped my coffee!!

We spent a very nice time with my family. Very clean room, good location and very friendly crew made our stay pleasant. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not worth the money. The location is very far from the city and from the centre, and the hotel is also located uphill, which is really inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. For this price, the location is honestly surprising. I paid 92 euro per night and this place does not deserve that price at all. It feels more like a basic motel than a hotel or apartment. The room was very small and old. Everything looks outdated and poorly maintained. The paint is falling from the walls. We booked a double room but received two single beds pushed together, which is not a real double bed. The bathroom was very uncomfortable. It is extremely small and not practical. The shower has no proper door and the shower setup is really bad, so water goes everywhere and the entire bathroom becomes wet. When we arrived, there was no soap and no toilet paper. We asked reception the next day to refill them. They said yes, but in the evening nothing had been done. Regarding cleaning, during our stay the cleaning lady basically did nothing. No vacuuming, no bathroom cleaning, no changing or refilling amenities. The only thing done was making the bed. Used cups were not cleaned either. Pa
