A Szt. Sír Lovagrend helye, nagyon sokat jelent nekem.

Nagyobb méretű kápolna, ami picit megbújik a főút mellett. Szemben a Közlekedési Múzeum nyomaival (hűlt helyével). Érdemes megállni és megcsodálni az egyedibb stílusát. A környék bővelkedik még további látnivalókkal is, így érdemes egy nagyobb körsétát tenni a környéken, a Városligetben is.

Nagyon szeretem ezt az épületet... Számomra mindig olyan titokzatos, és megközelíthetetlennek tűnt. Majdnem 10 éven keresztül csodáltam, legendákat szőttem köré, hála "Dan Brown"-nak. Az állandóan zárva lévő, titokzatos falak mögött a Szent Sír védelmezőit láttam. Nagyon Templomos ez az építmény.... Remélem majd egyszer bejuthatok a falai közé, de addig is csodálom!

A kápolna alapkövét 1842-ben rakták le, építését 1843-ban kezdték meg, de az építkezés az 1848-49-es szabadságharc miatt sokáig elhúzódott. Így az épületet csak 1856. szeptember 8-án szentelte fel Scitovszky János esztergomi érsek. Az épület romantikus stílusban épült, számos neogótikus elem felhasználásával. A háromhajós kápolna zártfalú, nyeregtetejű, kőből faragott épület, falait sarokpillérek fogják össze.
