Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Location is not convenient to the majority of interesting sights. Be prepared for a 35minute walk to city centre or use buses.Room was comfortable enough but house keeping left a lot to be desired. Staff took absolutely no pride in leaving the room tidy daily and coffee and teabags were not always replenished. No milk was available for tea.General house keeping was of a very poor standard and did not improve greatly when challenged. Staff not friendly towards guests. Although we didn't have breakfast in the hotel the choice and quality appeared poor.
