I’ve just checked in at NH Hotel City Budapest, and my first impression has been excellent. The hotel is clean, modern, and very welcoming. A special thank you to Daniel at reception. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by someone who clearly cares about their guests. Looking forward to the rest of my stay!

Good - very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast- very comfortable bed Bad - rooms large but depressing. Needs a overall refurbishment old and dated. Inside rooms over look the reception- every noise echos. On retiring - the bottom fitted sheet was covered with long brown hair on both beds and numerous pubic hair on one. The last bad point was on arriving- we were a party of 37 of older retired guests. After a very long day travelling we were met by approximately 8/9 steps. Can you imagine the chaos of aged people attempting to get these suitcases up the stairs. Most definitely accidents awaiting to happen. No member of staff to assist. Seems there is a small hidden lift at the side of the stairs. No one on arrival to inform guests . Customer welfare - mmmm not obvious. Check your bed thoroughly before you get in it. Excellent location

Very clean and well located. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. The most important thing for me, which was being able to quickly reach tourist attractions on foot and having a metro/bus nearby, definitely worked out. The mojito at the bar is very good!
