Was incredibly surprised by the unique design on the rooms and hallways. Featuring wheel like shapes maybe representing the country. Rooms were large and spacious. Staff are friendly and the breakfast has a solid option although hot has good as other ibis styles hotels

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days, and the stay was horrible. I didnt expect much for a 3 star hotel, but this was way too low level. The only two good thing about this hotel was the fact that its close to many buses and trams, even the metro, and that the front office is really nice. The breakfast was decent, but not good, everyday its the same slop food literally sitting in oil, with half-dry bread slices. Housekeeping was extremely disrespectful, racist, and didnt speak an ounce of english. The only way to communicate with them was by instead asking the children helping them, whom were very sweet and helpful at all times, while the cleaning ladies cursed at us. The rooms were decently cleaned, but many tabletops were sticky or dusty, and the toilet stank very badly. My brothers room wasnt vacuumed at all, and the bedsheets had weird brown stains on it, there was also hair EVERYWHERE!! Even if we had "Do Not Clean" and "Do Not Disturb" signs on our doors, housekeeping still knocked, sometimes even just opened the door on us without knocking??? TLDR: if you want a cheap hotel for a 1-2 day stay, its half decent, but any longer than that i definetly dont recommend! Theres

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at the hotel, despite its somewhat distant location from the city center. The property is well-connected and conveniently situated near the Danube River, offering scenic walking opportunities. The accommodations were of high quality, and I was particularly pleased with my room, which featured a balcony with a beautiful river view. The breakfast was excellent, and all staff members demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Laszlo, whose outstanding service significantly enhanced our experience.
