Továbbá olyan állításokat tett, amik a szakmaiságát is rendre megkérdőjelezték. Bár az adásvétel aláírásáig teljes normális volt. A leírtak fényében, mindenkit eltántorítanék tőle.

Szabó Atilla does not care clients. Never calls back as promises, does not answer messages and then does not pick up the phone. I literally had to find an owner of a 220M house he was advertizing through a neibour of this house and the house I had to find on google maps. And when I tolked to owner it happened that house was already sold last week, Atilla just did not bother to remove advert or to answer me normally, he just prefered to ignore a buyer since the house is already sold. This approach will only lead to the fact that now even if I see real estate which I like advertized by this agency I will never work with them, all thanks to Attila (and I am still looking for house to buy). If they keep people who just ignore clients who are looking at expensive estate is very very unprofessional. I sold this house I do not care that the client will never come to me again. This is not business-like and estate owners should not trust this guy with their flats/houses.

Our family contacted Immo1`s agency in Miskolc after seeing their banner on a similar property in the neighborhood. The real estate agent, Henrietta Hanko was fast in responding to our inquiry and she accommodated even our initial request to meet at short notice over a weekend. She helped us with a realistic assessment of the price and the market in general and also kept us abreast of her multifold activities to promote the property through various social channels. Ultimately, she played a key role in successfully closing the deal before Christmas! Thank you Heni!
