Great room, wonderful staff and a fantastic location, especially for a couple of days touring the cities sites. The only thing lacking was somewhere to leave your luggage after checking out if you wanted to spend a few more hours in the city before travelling to the airport. The hotel outsources luggage storage to a third party, and their rates are quite extortionate. In my view, this should be a complimentary service provided by the hotel. We’ve stayed in many hotels that offer luggage storage after checkout as part of the service and guest experience. Aside from this, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Rooms are calm. Air conditioning is good. Breakfast was really Nice & staff is also good. Few shortcomings , they dont have an iron & iron board so bring iron from home. They dont pick the call from the phone provided in Room. On top of all a 322 rooms four star hotel dont have even a single room size gym. Really surprised .

May 2026 4* Stayed for 5 nights at this place. The hotel is next to central station and located near to city centre. The hotel is next to tram line and metro line (M2 and M4). Rooms are nicely designed. I stayed on 7the floor and had good ambiance. Beds are comfortable but it can be better. Little disappointed with air conditioning system in the room. It was not very clear how it works. Washrooms are clean and well designed. Room cleaning service is available on daily basis but you need to inform front desk. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is fully accessible. Lobby area is good. The hotel also has small conference room on ground floor. The facility is well maintained and food is excellent. Breakfast is not included in room price and needs to pay separately.
