No quality control on the lessons, so you can learn better just buying a book and studying at home

I'm very appretiate to you for great opportunity to join your courses for Ukrainians with special program. You are doing really necessary and important help in this hard time (when we forced moved to foreign country). You have good team and interesting courses. I'm happy that I've joined your courses.

Cambridge Assessment has adjudicated that the school did not follow their own complaints procedure, by throwing me off the course as a result of making a complaint. They then took over 4 weeks to refund my course fees. Edit: They have stated they will look into this, over a year after the fact. It is an interesting statement, given that Cambridge English stated with regards to the complaints process: "we will ensure that we follow this up with the centre and recommend that their trainers are fully aware of their own procedure". One wonders if this happened. However, I am quite happy to engage with IH staff other than ones I have previously dealt with if they wish to approach me. I doubt they will do so.
