The langos was tasty, hot, and enough for two people. Not the best I’ve had, but a good price. There’s plenty are a couple high tables reserved for customers. My food came out fast. The staff put cheese on my langos without gloves—good to know in advance if that bothers you.

As a hungarian, who loves high cholesterol, I went for scrambled eggs with bacon and onion, it was delicious. Service is kind, both the lady and the cook are friendly. I always eat breakfast here when I live close to Blaha Lujza :) Suggestion: the bread could be improved, now so many craft bakeries around, why not buy vadkovaszos kenyer, it stays fresh 4 days, you can reheat, sell it by slice and I'm sure the tourists would prefer that, and pay more, but you eat healthy. This crappy, puffed up, mass produced white bread (parasztkenyer) is so widespread in Hungary, that I don't know when will it be erradicated. Sorry for the rant, but I really dislike it.

I came here twice and walked 20 minutes to get here. It was worth it and lángos was so delicious.

Inside a local market hall. The were a lot of locals queuing to get food here, so that was a good sign. I got a fresh, piping hot cheese and sour cream langos for 1700HUF which was much cheaper than in the tourist areas. Menu was clear. The lady at the counter spoke English and was friendly.

If you want to try true, local langos, this is the place to come!! All of the prices are very affordable, especially considering how much food you receive. The staff is always so friendly even to english speaking patrons.
