The customer service is ridiculous. I approached the office and selected English speaking ticket, and waited for 20 mins, just to hear from someone through a translator that they don't have anyone speaking English. Apparently, I was told to book an appointment in order to get any services in English. I chose this bank for my Szep card as it was promoted as an institution having English-speaking services, but it was ridiculous to find that not a single person in the whole office spoke any English. On top of that, the bank representative delivering this message was extremely rude, disregarding whatever I was asking with straight face and apparently moved to another customer, leaving me hanging.

Frankly speaking, I am tired of this bank. Even premium customer need to have appointments. To cover my operations commissions I pay are way above 50k/mo and still I need to book, wait... How come in 21 century I need to wait to resolve simple things at my own expense and get 0 service.

They move at a glacial pace. A lot of them can't speak basic English. There was this Hungarian woman who went around asking everyone who was waiting "How can I help you?" But she completely skipped me because she just assumed I don't speak any Hungarian. Kind of racist but mostly just slow and incompetent. The quality of K&H as a bank has been reducing for a long time now. They didn't even help me at all, just said sorry, without appointment, we can't help. I waited 40 minutes for nothing.
