I opened bank account in this branch. Ofc nobody in this bank inform or even ask me if I want something else than account, just add health insurance and charged me 3000 fts already. Stay away from this bank.

Very very poor service, can not help nothing , can only say I don’t know…if you don’t know, why not you transfer my request to other one…and even you send email, no feedback for the email… I am very confused why the bank still here…

Horrible customer service, after my bank account was closed for missing the data reconciliation deadline, i went in to withdraw money. I asked for 300k HUF and asked if there is an associated fee, the worker said no and after the withdrawal was made I receive a notification that 7k was charged as a withdrawal fee. Worker couldn’t fix the mistake and just told me to write an email. This is absurd, untrained workers giving false information and I have to pay for it of course. Just avoid this bank and all its branches.. Additionally i asked for bank statements to be sent to my email. It was sent in the incorrect file format Train your employees properly maybe? And don’t close customer’s accounts with no chance of reopening them. would be a good place to start..

This is the worst bank branch. I waited for 2 hours just to get told they can’t help me. If you a function available in the bank then you need to help it across all branches. The staff is so slow like the snails. And they don’t have a restroom. You expect people to wait that long and not need a restroom???! Make that make sense.

Daniel was very helpful and he really cares about the customers. He gave me a lot of information and handled things very fast.
