The worst bank branch ever! You came in and feel like you're asking for charity! The staff are rude (especially the woman with dark hair at the last desk on the left), probably mistakenly thinking that foreigners don't understand their language and what they're saying. You arrive 15 minutes before closing time, and they are already not working and not accepting customers, so write that your schedule is until 3:45 p.m.! Dear branch management, please talk to your employees about their professional suitability, tactfulness, and desire to work. The staff at this branch have as much pathos as the queen's palace, and their professionalism and customer focus are ZERO.

The worst customer service I have ever seen . I received a letter to go in and produce my documents to the bank something about money laundering etc the letter said just go into any bank I chose the one closest to me Andrassy on arrive the security guard was very helpful but a extremely rude woman behind the desk at the door shouted over that I had to make an appointment or go to another branch as they didn't have time to help me .there was one other person there waiting nobody else but she had no time to check my documents a very simple procedure her attitude was disgraceful,I have been a customer of the bank for over 20years with house insurance car insurance mortgage and personal banking and business banking all done with your bank but today I was very close to cancelling all my dealings with your bank due to this unbelievably rude bank teller . Absolutely not what I expected from an international banking firm A very unhappy customer Mr.Declan Ocallaghan

Today the security at the bank security guard very rude to me from the beginning. He didn’t want to give me my number. I insisted on it many times I had an appointment then the inside staff unfriendly too. Bank mananger no dont qant take care custermer too then the security guard speak some bad words again when i leaving
