I recently visited the MHB Bank Deák Ferenc tér branch, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Adam Barnabás was exceptionally kind and attentive. As a foreigner, I needed detailed information on several topics, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I understood all the details. I truly appreciate his professionalism and supportive attitude. The reality of MBH Bank approach towards their customer is pathetic. Sitting here since 14h30. Out if 5 counters only 2 operates, one is empty the other one is occupied. This means even in my simple being, one counter is available. However the clerk is rather busy with I don't know what, but for sure not with us who were sitting here and waiting to be assisted. In addition since waited too long I began to work for which I use my phone. Guess what, the customers aren't allowed to use their phone... I was requested stop using my phone or leave the place. It probably would be acceptable if the rule was applicable for everyone, equally. This rule doesn't apply to the slow employees. How privileged they are... its a joke. And to say, yes, I heard and saw them being on their phone.
