Ma voltam segítséget kérni(2023.03.31). Minden kérdésemre választ kaptam. Az ügyfélszolgálat tökéletes volt. Az ott dolgozó Hölgy, rendes, segítőkész volt, innen is nagyon köszönöm Neki.

Nincs valódi ügyfélszolgálat, feleslegesen jöttem ide, időpontot kell foglalni napokra előre.

Tisztelt K&H bank! 2020.08.25.-én igényeltem Személyi kölcsönt autó vásárlás céljára. Egy hét eltelte után sem kaptam értesítést a döntésükről. Miután felhívtam a számlavezető bankfiókomat, tudtam meg, hogy elutasították a kérelmet. Az elutasítás indoka az volt, nem kérdezett ki mindenre kiterjedően az ügyintéző. Pl. hogy milyen tipusu motor lesz a vásárlandó autóban. Kérem szépen ez komolytalan egy komoly bank részéről. Úgy érzem Én hitelt kértem, de a kérdések tartalmáról nem én tehetek ,és ilyen hosszú várakozási időt (egy hét), egy autó eladó sem vár. Aki hamarabb fizet az viszi az autót. Le előlegezhettem volna, de ha elutasítják a kérelmem, akkor nem tudom kifizetni. Tudom, hogy Önöknek jogában áll elutasítani hitelt különösebb indoklás nélkül, de a hét év probléma mentes kapcsolat, és az hogy a számlaforgalmam alapján kiemelt prémium ügyfél vagyok, azért másra számítottam. Azért nem kaptam meg a kért összeget, mert az ügyintéző nem volt elég alapos, nem tett fel minden kérdést, ami a hitel elbírálásához szükséges lett volna. ( ?) Mi történik ha vásárlás közben az autó kereskedőnek van egy jobb ajánlata ugyanazért az összegért? Akkor hazudtam a bankban válaszokban? Végtelenűl
