This place is a hidden gem in the city! The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and the food is absolutely delicious. The bathrooms are clean, and the green balcony creates a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back and becoming a regular here. Highly recommended!

We found Központ Bisztró through I Love Budapest and decided to try it. They serve breakfast/ brunch. Although we arrived shortly after opening, most tables were already reserved, as the waiter explained that the restaurant gets very busy around lunchtime. The waiter was very kind, professional and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant — a nice mix of Hungarian and Italian bistro style. We ordered Eggs Benedict and a cappuccino. The Eggs Benedict was very tasty, although the portion felt a little small. The cappuccino was also very good. Overall, we really liked the service, the food and the atmosphere, and it was definitely a very good experience. The reason for giving four stars instead of five is the 12% service fee. In normal circumstances this would be acceptable, but when paying by card, the POS terminal still offered additional tip options of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. In my view, a service fee should function as the tip, not as an artificial price increase while still encouraging extra tipping.

I've been here a few times over the years, and I'm pleased to say that each visit has been fantastic. Their staff is lovely, well-trained, and knowledgeable about customer service. I'd say their customer service level is comparable to that of British or US establishments. Their range of hot drinks is truly impressive—beautifully presented coffees, a variety of hot chocolates, and an extensive selection of homemade lemonades. The food is excellent, with plenty of breakfast options. Will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I’ve wanted to try this place since moving to District IV, and I’m happy to report we had a wonderful experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding and this will definitely be a regular spot on our list. Breakfast items are served all day which is perfect for those who want something a little lighter. I highly recommend the Royal Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached and the salmon was fresh and flavorful. Our server, Dorothy, was very pleasant and attentive and we will definitely look for her on our next visit.

Lovely little restaurant with a spacious inside and outdoor seating. The staff are super friendly and professional and the food is always fresh and tasty. Their coffee is also really good too. I definitely recommend it!
