Great ambience at a perfect location in the city centre. There are very good local beers served there. The waitress was very kind and spoke English perfectly! :)

We are so thankful to have found this lovely little bar. The atmosphere and the prices are great but we returned especially because of the wonderful Isabelle. She's an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble for her. She's very busy but always has time to chat. It's obvious that she has a gift for hospitality. She's a brilliant asset to the bar and we've really enjoyed our chats. Thanks Isabelle. ( Susan and Sie - not from Wood green 😉)

First meal of our trip. Great room, decent food. All ruined when we went to pay the bill. I forgot about the "szervizdij" and tipped on top of it. When asked if I had doubled-tipped, the redhead bartender/server gave us a lengthy BS explanation about how it's a tax and it's not a tip. Way to fleece your customers and ruin you reputation for a few dollars. Hadn't been an issue since with other restaurants.

Edam was very friendly and hard working, he made my friend and I very welcome. The Kimo bar in in Budapest is a relaxed bar, great local beer, we definitely recommend it and can't wait to return, thank you Edam for contributing to making our time in Budapest memorable 😀.
