Very disappointing experience. We ordered 2 deciliters of wine but were only poured 1 dl, then the bartender tried to convince us that it was actually two. When we questioned it, the attitude immediately turned rude and aggressive. Drinks were only handed out if you returned the glass, which felt unnecessary and unfriendly. The staff was openly disrespectful. What’s even worse: foreigners are clearly taken advantage of — they’re told cash payment isn’t possible, while the staff pretends not to speak English. I witnessed this firsthand as a Hungarian when a foreign guest ordered. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

I've been here two or three times in the last few years. The draught beer is good, and very reasonably priced for the location. The staff are polite and efficient enough. The place is pleasant, but on my last visit the music was intrusively loud and was also not to my taste.⁸

The lady behind the counter if you can call her that is despicable. She never rang in the order to the till and on second order over charged me by over double. When confronted gave me 1800 huf back which still wasn't enough. We visited this place last time we was in Budapest. Hopefully the management will do something about this it was 20.36 on May 6th 2024. Also glasses were knocked over by another table it took her half hour to clean up broken glass. The woman is a rip off erchantI feel sorry for the management as the skank was trying yo make a quick buck. Kits a shame as we have been here last year and enjoyed it so much had some good evenings in here

Avoid this place. Rude service and they don’t fill the beer mugs fully, visibly way under the line - not once, but multiple times. There are plenty of better places around, treat yourself good and just walk 1-2 minutes up to the street next to it heading to the church…

So as we entered the coffee place the waitress didn't look at us ur came to us to take an order. She was talking on the phone all the time and didn't even care that we were sitting alone in coffee for 10 min straight. After i came up to the counter I tried to talk to her but she kept being on the phone. I had to interrupt her exhibitions to order just a coffee and coffee with milk. When she prepared it, she just left it on the counter and didn't even called us that it is over and just went back in kitchen. I mean i don't look to be served as king, but I would appreciate some respect as costumer. And then I got a bill.. So here I have a HUGE PROBLEM. The price of coffee doesn't metch the menu (probably because of "turist price"). Simply TERRIBLE !! Even tho It is cheap, I don't recomend it at all. If you change your staff I'll consider visiting it again. Edit note: I confronted them because of that. First problem I had was that no one spoke English, but luckily one guy helped me translate my problem. Second they were saying that everything was OK and the waitress wanted to take the full price, but after I showed them the menu she said that "I took" the wrong bill because that
