Marton was really friendly and gave me a discount on servicing my brakes and was also nice to fix the gear and fender for free! I highly recommend !!!! I'll visit him next time too

They are bike selling shop, not bike repair shop. I think its good to know before you visit there. The woman there was super friendly and polite. Her English is also quite good. Overall, she spreads a very positive vibe! I didn’t buy anything from them. I thought I would just share my experience visiting them :)

I spent several months during summer looking for a bike that stands out in the city and is a fair price for quality. I came across Kruzbike in early September, and after going through all my options for color and feel - their team was VERY PATIENT with me :) - i decided on an orange beast. It came out sturdy, light, and very colorful. Perfect for the city.

Shameful customer service. First of all our bike was given to us with cheaper materials that we had payed for and did not fit at all. After 2 weeks 4 parts broke. We went back to get our money back. The manner of the owner was very rude. With legal support finally we received our money back. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.
