A small museum but full of memories about the great Liszt: pictures, paintings, scores, pieces of furniture and most of all, pianos! Quite well documented, a very agreeable place to visit.

Small, I timateueseum.locayed in the old Academy of Music. Several pianos, including one of the first to have an iron frame instead of wood that was gifted to Liszt. Many portraits, busts, etc. as well as information about Liszt's students and legacy.

Very affordable and enjoyable matinée concert in a historic place where Liszt lived at the end of his life. Acoustic of the room is good and the concert comes with a little introduction. Museum entrance is half price for concertgoers.

visited the Liszt Museum because my boyfriend is a pianist and was curious to see it. We both found it very interesting — inside you can find objects of great cultural and historical value. Definitely a must-see for all musicians and music lovers visiting Budapest
