If you want to have an authentic and delicious gyros this is the place to go. The place itself is very cute. The gyros was so yummy. This is our second time here and it was brilliant both times. They also accept euros which was a great thing for us since there was no exchange office nearby.

Genuinely the best gyros I’ve ever had. Not sure what people are in about with the floppy fries - they were lovely. Chicken was absolutely incredible and so was the pita. Kind and helpful staff and so cheap for what it is. Cant recommend highly enough.

If u expect greek gyros u will be disapointed! Tortilla is soft not toasted and it is so spicy!!!! I would not reccomend this place! It was fast but not worth it at all…..

The best greek I've ever been! We have been to so many restaurants in Budapest and no one could provide such food ! Clearly the options are kept simple but instead you get delicious food pretty fast, and the chef offered us two cakes on the house which were definitely the best we had in a long time. We are amazed by the ambiente and the familylike flair! Thank you 💗 so much! Hopefully we will meet again. Greetings from germany.

I have stayed one week in Budapest. I have tried many restaurants but M'ares Greek Taverna is on the top. The price is reasonable and worthy. The food is very delicious and fresh. The location is easy to find. I would highly recommend that place. My man and I have really enjoyed.
