We had a great experience at this spa. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the changing rooms were excellent with secure lockers, and there was a comfortable waiting area for the massage. The therapists were friendly, professional, and highly skilled. The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the service. The only thing that "took away" from the experience was that my girlfriend couldn't stop laughing during the massage because of me—but that was entirely my fault, not the spa's! Overall, we would definitely recommend this place.

Visited from Toronto, Canada Booked the Delicate Spa package on GetYourGuide and highly recommend it! This spa is very relaxing and not super crowded to enjoy some time away to relax. Everything was super clean and staff were very friendly.

Amazing spa. The environment is so lovely and clean. Has a lovely bar and you can take drinks into the spa. I love how they limit the number of people per time slot so it’s never to crowded. The staff were so friendly. We visited here 3 times after originally only planning to visit once. Don’t visit Széchenyi or Rudas, Mandala is so much better!

Amazing spa. Welcomed as you enter very well and clear instructions of what to do I.e robes from the bar etc. massage chair was fabulous, glass of champagne if you purchase tickets via get your guide is a sparking wine. We had the salt scrub included too, steam room isn’t as hot as you’d expect but we enjoyed all the facilities nonetheless. Time flies here could easily spend the entire afternoon. We purchased lunch which was reasonably priced and the waitress was transparent that salad and sushi is delivered from outside so will take 30-40 mins. She was lovely but don’t know her name. Only comment I’d suggest for feedback is women’s changing cubicles
