Good spa, nothing extra, nothing bad. It was clean, which is the most important for such places. We bought weekend VIP package via Getyourguide, where “champagne” is included (in reality it is Hungarian sparkling wine), sleepers, towels. I contacted them via email as the price on Getyourguide is much more expensive than on their official website, asking if I can pay directly to them to book it, but they highly recommended me to buy it via getyourguide (with higher price) to secure the slots. So my advice is just to go there at 10:00, when they open their doors = to pay regular price and to have available slots. We arrived at 10:30 (based on our slot), and took last seats in the spa, so its pretty crowded during the weekend.

Nice facility but with many buts... Well I bought tickets from GetYourGuide app, the sold voucher from GetYourGuide have some discrepancies with the facilities services. For instance the ticket I bought includes free robe and a drink but the facility says no it is not included, and asks for extra for already paid services. Also checknin is quite complicated in which they ask for your id as or passport to be left at the reception while you are inside the facility, which is quite weird and shows lack of confidence to the visitors. Although the facility is nice, customer relations is very poor.

The spa itself is really nice, but there were too many guests constantly filming and taking pictures, which made me uncomfortable. A group of Irish guests were also obnoxiously loud in the sauna, shouting to their friends outside. I did not feel relaxed coming out of there sadly.

Came here with my girlfriend to miss the busyness of the other thermal spa's in Budapest. This place was amazing! So clean, the staff are really friendly. I appreciated the gentleman's top level dad jokes to break the ice at reception 😂. The spa itself is very well laid out and decorated. The pools are great! We spent four hours there but could have easily spent longer. We left relaxed and very happy with our experience. If I return to Budapest I will make a point of coming here again. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend paying a visit to Mandala bath and spa! I visited the more touristy Gellert bath, and quickly felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people and the co-ed locker rooms. Mandala was a breath of fresh air, and truly a relaxing experience. We visited earlier in the day (before 11am) and found there was plenty of space to exhale and enjoy the amenities. We returned later in the week for a couples massage and enjoyed ourselves! For anyone wanting a clean, relaxing space to unwind, I recommend this location. They also have locker rooms dedicated for men and women, a sauna, steam room, fresh fruit water and lunch if you’re interested. Five stars!!!
