Every time I'm there, the staff is so busy stocking there's no customer service at all. I love the Manna franchise, but at this specific store you need to wait until someone is willing to show up at the cash register, talk over your head while chatting with a coworker, don't look you in the eyes, throw the merchandise at you, then sod off. Once I wasn't sure whether I pocketed the recipe and got yelled at.

we saw on google maps that it is open 24/7, We came here on a saturday night hoping that we can shop here. But the lady smoking outside didnt let us in saying that there’s cleaning and its not possible to enter. Since we cant wait in the middle of the street at night we had to leave disappointed. Please at least share the cleaning hours if you wont let anyone else to come in

I just bought a bottle of water and they charged me 7000HUF I saw it on my phone after 10mins went back there asked for a refund, old woman at the cash register dld not speak English didn’t give me my receipt because the door was open they refused to refund me I asked them to look into the cameras they declined enjoy the 7000 you scammed from a student

They have good choice of beers for random supermarket. The ladies working there did not speak English (which is okay), but what was not okay is that they yelled in Hungarian at some tourists, because their card got declined and they did not have forints. The guys were saying that they don't understand her, and then some random guy that was in the queue started to yell at them to go home, because they don't need us. When I told him that that's so rude, both workers and him continued yelling something in Hungarian at that poor guys and me. Fun! ;D

Don’t go to this place the staff was so bad and they take more money and then argue with costumer there was one lady she was so bad and don’t know how to talk with a costumer please don’t go to this shop I was saying her that you took more money but she was no no but she took she is thief I was tourist so she thought she can do like this and started saying something in her language very rude she shouldn’t work like this ………..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
