The restaurant is located next to the central market hall, so it’s convenient to go after a long walk inside the market. The staff actually explained that they got fresh seasonal ingredients from the market. The dishes we order have been carefully crafted to bring out the best flavour of the ingredient. The chef’s special appetizer with fried goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs was an absolute joy to eat for me. It is balanced between the heavy rich flavour of the goat cheese and the freshness of the vegetables. The duck breast and the braised pork were really tasty, with each component having its own flavour and coming together nicely. The staff was very attentive to us with a baby making lots of noise. At the end, they also gave us home make candies by the chef.

A restaurant that is absolutely worth checking out and loosening your belt for. While the menu leans toward traditional dishes, the atmosphere whispers fine dining without feeling pretentious. The wine selection is impressively vast. They collaborate with the local Market, so everything is fresh and made from scratch. We had the Paprikas and the Brasso which were very tasty and prepared with genuine care. What really stood out was the dessert, which was on the today special menu - the poppy seed cake that came accompanied by a poppy seeds perfume (quite literally in a perfume bottle, like at a niche fragrance house). This unexpected detail really proved the chef's dedication to craft everything from start to finish. The service was smooth, quick and welcoming, special thanks to Ivett for this, she made the experience even more enjoyable.

Best meal we've had in Budapest (this is day 5 of our trip). We had the pork stew and zakuszka. Also got a very tasty amuse bouche. Also a bag hook is a nice touch. Very good staff too. Great experience.

This was a lovely restaurant, serving classic Hungarian food with a very special 'foody' twist. As it was a very hot day, we chose to sit at an indoor table, but there are also lovely tables outside on the Terrace. Decor was nice, relaxing and gentle music creating a lovely vibe. The food was very good. A key starter that i would highly recommend is the Steak Tartare - superb and with a twist, the excellent main courses were perch in a gentle white sauce and beef cheeks. I can't quite remember the names of the desserts but they were very nice. The wines on offer were delicious and we chose to accept their recommendations for both red and white wines, this means that the wine was excellently paired with the food. Service was excellent, friendly, discreet and professional. All in all a very nice relaxed, and superb meal.

Highly recommended! We found this place accidentally but was thoroughly amazing! Farm to table and wine from their own vineyard. Waiters were knowledge and genuinely friendly - excellent service and fantastic food. We had duck breast and beef cheeks for a group of 5. Seating upstairs was nice and cosy. The basement wine cellar also looked a nice place with a few tables, but chilly for this time of year down there!
