We visited last night. There is a range of different dishes on the menu. We opted for the Thai curry, spring rolls and noodles. All well cooked and delicious. Next time I'd ask for new crispy onions on top of everything. The service was good until the table beside us ask for a waiter to take the order. He started shouting at the which I find totally unacceptable. Nice decor, excellent food. Service needs to improve in some areas.

An amazing find in Budapest. The MAY Vietnamese restaurant was absolutely outstanding. The food was as if we were eating in Vietnam. Down a little side street. Highly recommend. The best we have found outside Vietnam. Wonderful friendly service, a real gem. Thank you for such a wonderful last meal in Budapest.

Pho soup and Bun Cha are pretty authentic. We love the grilled meat as it was marinated perfectly and tasted softly. The food and smoothies were nicely-decorated. Service was fast and friendly.

If one word could describe this, it would simply be - Splendid! The place is small, usually packed but nonetheless the food is coming out at lightning speed. The dishes are big, perfectly cooked and the staff is amazingly nice. Beef pho is great and if you’re going to eat anything else, I’d recommend taking that one small - even this one is big. The fried noodles with beef were also amazing, perfectly cooked and spiced just right. Fresh ginger tea just hit a sweet spot after a hearty meal. Def would recommend and come back! Oh, and it’s cheap 😁🤩

A truly wonderful spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in one of Budapest’s lively neighborhoods. Generous portions, honest prices, and dishes prepared right in front of you — always a sign of confidence and freshness. Every plate arrives full of flavor, warmth, and the kind of comfort food that makes you slow down and simply enjoy the moment. A lovely culinary find in the city, and one I’d gladly recommend to fellow travelers. Cảm ơn các bạn!
