Az ATM alkalmas lenne a kp befizetésére de nem működik a funkció. Cserébe be lehet ülni, majd 40 percet várni mire a sorra kerül az ember a 30 fokra fűtött irodában. Az ATM csak az új ügyfeleknek vesz be pénzt, a 10 éve meglévő ügyfeleknek nem működik. Profi!

Az idősödő (57)szemüveges vörös hajú hölgy nagyon bunkó, rengeteg problémával amit az ügyfélen vezet le .Kétszer jártam ott de egyik esetben sem sikerült információkat megtudom .

Egy kp befizetés úgyhogy üres a fiók 50perc, botrányos bank!!!

Igazán ügyfélbarát fiók 🤔 A Camponában lévő fiókba mentem volna ami pénteken elvileg 5-ig van nyitva, hogy elintézzek egy ügyet, mivel telefonon nem kaptam választ. 14.55-kor értem oda, az ajtó zárva volt már, egy A4-es papírlap tudatta velem, hogy aznap csak 15.00 óráig vannak nyitva. Döröböltem, de a két hölgy aki bent volt vagy nem hallotta vagy nem akart észrevenni hogy ott állok. Legközelebb esetleg 15.00 órakor zárjanak be, ha ezt az időpontot írják ki.
