They sold me a used phone. While I am waiting for this issue to be resolved, you are requesting an additional fee for the battery replacement. I have already sent a detailed email to your company explaining the entire situation.

Never let them make screen protector for your phone.Expensive, but thin,low quality material.They do not give guarantee on it,just for 3 days.Mine lived 7 days.It is some different company working inside Media Markt which is also pretty suspicious.

Nice place with a wide range of electronics at a fair price, located near other services and shops. However the staff is not very professional neither are they very kind, sadly enough. :/

The place is huge and never crowded, and dogs are allowed too, which is a big plus :) the cahiers and the customer service employees are always nice and helpful even when we had to return something. So please be kind and patient with them, it's not easy to work with people 😅

You can touch and try almost everything but expensive to buy. Mediamarkt's slogan in Hungary: "because I'm not idiot". Yeah, I'm not idiot to buy there. :) (TBH, this reflects the problems of brick and mortar shops these days in the online age.)
