Generally, absolute positive, especially compared to the state owned, official healthcare. It is clean, orderly, well organized (the reminder and the self-check in are stunningly good). With positive experiences. I would call it definitely recommended. However there were some glitches. The online-only arrangements are not without issues, the links between and prerequisites for the various examinations were undefined and unclear, and this led to a last-day cancellation on the provider's side. Until it is refined a bit, I recommend the phone-based scheduling, that one is perfect. The timeliness and the scheduling accuracy is generally superb, yet there is no contingency in the schedule, if a delay occurs on a thread (like in a specific examination) it will cascade. I have experienced a ~40 min delay, and I was not the first in the thread. These are the reasons for the 4 star review.

I’ve had great experiences at Medcare Budapest across three locations—Eiffel, Vaci, and Alkotás, with Vaci being my favorite. The doctors across all three locations are the absolute best. The staff are professional, kind, and efficient, and even those who don’t speak English make a real effort to communicate clearly. The customer care team on the phone are also very kind, special thanks to Istvan for his soft voice and detailed support. I Highly recommended for quality care in Budapest to all foreign nationals and the national themselves.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for my physiotherapist Arndt Brigitta(267231) , who has been absolutely outstanding. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also truly attentive, kind, and dedicated to her patients’ well‑being. Every session with her is conducted with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. She listens carefully, explains clearly, adapts the treatment perfectly to my needs, and creates an atmosphere of trust and motivation. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve made remarkable progress, both physically and mentally. She is simply perfect — a rare combination of expertise, empathy, and positive energy. I feel incredibly fortunate to be one of her patients. I cannot recommend her highly enough. 🌟

It was quick and clear, good office atmosphere, the doctor was ready even before my scheduled time, she was polite and nice, we were communicating on English. I liked the fish tank and big amount of green - you feel yourself like in a business trip, not like sad and sick.
