I bought a cigar, and was immediately confused by how soft it was. but I thought maybe that's just how this brand of cigars is. I went outside to light it, but it didn't draw properly. I tried again, but it still didn't work. In the end, I brought it back and demanded a refund. The salesperson who had just sold it to me suddenly realized that something was wrong and asked for my passport, even though he hadn't asked for it before. So I started explaining the problem, but not only did they not listen, they also refused to cooperate. After we figured out that he needed the receipt, he deliberately didn't give it to me earlier and then said he couldn't print it out. In the end, the employees who were playing cards were only interested in that. When I asked them to print a duplicate receipt, which is permitted by law, they did not comply. Unfortunately, the staff was terrible, the service was terrible, and the goods did not meet the requirements. I do not recommend this store.

Terrible experience visiting this place. My friends and I bought a cigar for 50 euros, but it was stored incorrectly, didn’t draw properly, and even cracked in half while smoking. When we went to the store to address the issue, the employee started speaking in a raised voice, refusing to give us a copy of the receipt, and actively obstructed resolving the situation. He said he wouldn’t return our money even though we had every right to do so — we bought the cigar just 5 minutes ago. He demanded proof that we purchased the cigar there, while refusing to provide a copy of the receipt, claiming it was supposedly illegal, which is not true. He himself sold us the cigar 5 minutes earlier. Moreover, during the purchase, the employee behaved unfriendly. He was a heavy, curly-haired guy. Do not buy anything here.

I wanted to buy 40 boxes of cigarettes. First he put an extra box on top of which I still thought that would be free, because I buy so much at once. In the end, however, I paid for the 41 box. When he showed me the amount at the paying terminal, I specifically pointed out that I wanted to pay in local currency. Paying in euros is always bad and an additional source of income for the merchant. He then showed me the receipt in local currency as "proof". Unfortunately, I did not look at the (second) VISA receipt until minutes later on my way to the station. This guy, contrary to his assurances, has debited the payment in euros. This has now cost me > 10,-€.
