Вражена швидкістю доставки! В суботу відправили з Закарпаття, а у середу після обіду я вже забрала посилку в Будапешті. У відділенні не було ніяких черг.

Great staff.

A really great delivery company. I ordered goods from Ukraine via Nova Posta, and Express One, as their partner, handled the delivery to a parcel locker. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery email, and the package was about to be returned to the sender. I managed to call both Express One customer service and Nova Posta in time. Both sides handled the situation very quickly, kept calling me, and clearly explained what to do and how to get the parcel back. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and overall support! Thank you for bringing a piece of home from Ukraine to the heart of Budapest.

Nova Post is the worst postal service imaginable. On 4th March I handed over an important document in an envelope and paid for it. A week later I can’t find my parcel online. I’ve rung them several times but despite their office being in Budapest no one speaks Hungarian or English. The normally very rude female staff pick up the phone and shout “Ukrainian Only”! This is ridiculous. If you can’t speak the local language you should close your office. Please don’t use this absolutely unknown and disastrous service; it will cost you a lot of headaches.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Extremely irresponsible If you actually value your belongings, do not deliver with Nova post. They lost 2 packages of us and broke the goods which were marked as fragile and they just pass you around with the costumer service for months and actually do nothing and say “consider it lost” Reply: We provided you with invoice and tracking number a million times. And you just pass us around for months!!! So irresponsible!!!
