Arrived at 17:00 on Monday. No queues at all. Took my parcel with no issues. Address and passport are required. I was able to understand them even without Hungarian. Entrance is different from usual 62 post office

I had a pleasant experience at this post office. I received my package very fast and the worker was speaking English pretty well. He was very kind and friendly.

I went to pick my package and the lady was noticeable mad at me because she had to type my (foreign) name in her computer. Isn't that her job?

Chronically understaffed. I've been suffering with this terribly slow counter for years now, probably spent a cumulated full day here standing in line over the years (because I live next door). Time to let out some steam and give this sad remainder of socialism 1 star, with frankly little hope that anyone in charge will ever even read this. If you can, avoid this place.
