Genuinely the worst gym ive ever been in. Extremely expensive for no reason. No variety of equipment, air conditioning is turned off even in 35 degree heat, its quite dirty, there is not even a drinking fountain. the face id system to get in never works

It’s ridiculously hot, and I’ve had to stop trainings because I could not bear the heat. I’ve asked the staff, they said that the ac is on, which is really bad news for the summer. It’s not even hot outside right now. I’m really sad but I have to look for other gyms around.

horrible subscription system, so basically, you buy a membership, 4 weeks, cool, you train, everything's fine, the 4 weeks pass by, they attempt to charge for next month AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY START YOUR NEXT MONTH MEMBERSHIP ANYWAY AND THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL IT, so you're like, "Okay, let me pay now because I wanat to resume", YOU CANNOT, they say it overlaps with another membership and won't allow you Why does the membership not simply... expire? Like I buy a 4 weeks membership, after 4 weeks, it should simply expire and I should start with a new one, WHENEVER I, THE PAYING CUSTOMER, WANT, not keep ticking and expiring my next subscription phase WITHOUT ALLOWING ME TO ENTER THE GYM, honestly, why? I don't get it, the problem is, it's not even a grace period, your next subscription is up and running and they don't care if you go or you don't, and the neat part is? YOU CANNOT EVEN MANUALLY PAY TO RENEW, YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THEIR SYSTEM TO DO IT FOR YOU AUTOMATICALLY EVERY 24 HOURS. What a stupid predatory system.

Poor ventilation inside the gym, no clear instructions that you need to register your face before you can enter the gym on the app as the PIN code won’t work. It would be helpful if I was told to register my face on the app first. Waiting around for 20/30 minutes until I figured this out as no staff members are present Untill 3-9pm. Decent gym for a quick mini work out if that’s what you wanna call it 🤣 does the job

Working out here since 1,5 years and it’s getting progressively worse. I started with 5 stars, then it went down to 3 and now sadly it’s a 1. There are no repairs, conservation works or whatsoever at this place. Feels like there’s no owner there at all: - Broken floor for 3+ months. Basicaly a huge hole on the middle of the facility. Its not only annoying but dangerous - Urinal is closed for i think over a year now. Black bag on it and no repairs - Since few weeks if you’re taking a shower you can give a private show to the whole neighbourhood (see on the pic) - Killing hairdryer with hand written note not to use it cause it’s dangerous. Seriously? What does it cost you to repair it? 10k HUF? - Summers are terrible here as AC doesn’t really work well Basically the only good thing for now there is the fact that it’s the only 24/7 gym in the neighborhood. But i think it’s about a time to think of changing the place to somewhere else, cause what’s happening there is just disrespectfull.
