I opened my OTP account here. It is not often you open a New account especially in a foreign country, but i was guided trough the process in perfect english wich is a big issue at other locations. Keep it up, you guys are the best

As a foreigner, it is not always a given that you receive good English support when you try to arrange something at a bank, governement institutions or other places in Hungary. This is also why I wanted to write this review. I had to handle some for me for important banking transactions and was struggling to get it done, until I entered the Szena Ter branch. Zsanett, who works here was really helpful, From the moment I arrived, she took my caseserious, she worked very professional and took the extra mile for me to get my issues resolved. This was not only a possitive surprise, but also was done in a friendly and professional way, which I very much appreciated. I definitely would recomment the Szena Ter branch and want to express my thankfulness for the good service provided

I opened an OTP bank account about three years ago. Early this year I was asked to come in and fill out some forms. At this opportunity I was offered to upgrade to "premium", with a calculation showing how much I could save in fees, especially with up to 300 000 Ft free cash withdrawals per month. So I signed all the documents. Yet, while using the ATM I kept being charged fees. I tried smaller amounts over the months, just to observe that no matter how small the withdrawal, there was always a fee. So, after a few months and having paid tens of thousands of Ft in withdrawal fees I asked my "premium" contact about it. She replied that this was a valid concern and gave me an e-mail address where I should complain. Then I wrote, using my e-mail address registered with OTP, just to get an answer that they need more information to identify me, like customer number, mother's name and date of birth. As if the registered e-mail address, from which I receive OTP information, was not enough. So I replied with the details, more than a month ago, just to wait without ever getting an answer. I finally started to investigate further and found out that there's a form that needs to be signed, w
