Despite the inherent difficulties of going to the bank to resolve any issue, on this occasion I can only express my gratitude for the invaluable help and support provided by Ms. Diána Csobánki, whose tireless efforts didn't stop until she had resolved every single one of my outstanding matters with the bank. She is a shining example of customer service that goes beyond simply completing a task, demonstrating genuine empathy, dedication, and kindness. My sincere thanks. Five stars for her.

Incredibly slow!! I can’t understand how it takes more than 30 minutes of waiting in line in a bank branch which was practically empty to complete a simple money deposit. In 2026 surely OTP can come up with a simpler way of depositing Euro money into a bank account then having to wait more than thirty minutes to do so!! The whole process takes less than one minute

Disappointing staff training. I brought in a Republic of Korea passport and the teller asked me if I was from North or South Korea. Tellers handling legal identity documents should know basic geography or at least know how to look at the official document right in front of them.

The worst bank branch ever in the whole world! Because of avoiding mail system’s great efficiency, order the branch as the location I get my credit card. After sms, I went to the branch and got my card. But the counter didn’t tell me anything about the pincode, just activated the card, asked me to input the number in the envelope and the whole procedure took me half an hour! When I asked for connecting to my account to fulfill the automatic bill payment function, the lady promised to finish the action after another five minutes. Second time when I was at the counter, wanna double check again with the function, another male counter told me it wasn’t set, and after twenty minutes he told me he ddin’t allowe to do the action. Simply ask me to take another number and wait for another counter to start from the beginning! Another 15mins at least! Now after using the card for a while, it asks me to input the pincode, but it always shows error, of course she didn’t help me to change at all! Now today I go to Szabadsag ter branch, the counter there told me I need another week to wait for a letter includes passcode, then go back there to activate the card again! The staff are polite and respectful, but unfortunately not professional and seem unfamiliar with the bank’s policies and procedures. Closing my account and withdrawing my money took about three weeks. Every time I visited the branch, I was told to come back later for different reasons, and each employee gave a different explanation for the issue. In contrast, I was able to complete the entire process in just 15 minutes at another branch( déak branch) on the same day.
