Best banking support experienced in Hungary yet

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior and service denial I experienced at your branch on 2025.01.29. During my visit, I approached an OTP staff member to request the cancellation of a payment subscription that was generated without my authorization. However, I was met with outright rejection and unprofessional behavior. The staff member not only refused to assist with my straightforward request but also rudely claimed that the branch no longer offers English services. This was unexpected and highly concerning, as OTP serves a diverse customer base, including English-speaking clients who rely on accessible customer support. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as it disregards basic customer service standards and inclusivity principles. Moreover, the refusal to cancel an unauthorized payment subscription raises serious concerns about transparency and customer protection. Given the severity of this issue, I am formally escalating this matter by filing a complaint within the MNB complaint system in the hope of drawing attention to this unacceptable practice. I request an immediate investigation into this incident,

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a long queue on Monday afternoon. However it took more than 30 minutes to sort out my case. 2 ATMs are situated at the entrance which have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can take money and pay money into your bank account.

On the 28 of september between 11:00am-12:00pm i went there to make a deposit and i get surprised of an employee who was really bevaving very bad and not professional at all, her name was Suxxxné N. Á, i really don't know how this kind of people get a job in the bank, you really need to review her CV or teach her how to behave proffessional !!
