For the first time since dealing with OTP I felt satisfied with the service. I discussed several issues with the bank representative and received clear answers to all my questions. Thank you and keep up the good work!

BEWARE of This discrimination center . ! One of the worst and discriminating branch ! , Be aware they will waste your time based on your color of skin. I had number 304 .. early morning September 5 , 8 15 am ,few people in the bank. counter was 300 , waited seeing most people are free but not handling the "English Speaking" customer.. anyway i kept waiting and the counters kept changing number 300 , 301,302 ,303.. when it came to 304 , She literally waited until other customer came and took the number and then pressed next to 002 series.. anyway i waited for an hour almost and numbers going 303,305,306,700 .. So i decided to politely enquire the counter in-front of me , a young white man who enthusiastically handling a local Hungarian customer before when he finished started using phone instead of pressing Next... so i said "Excuse me , I think my number is skipped its 304 and counter is on 306" .. and his response "My Colleague will handle you" -- "She speaks English" , i told him but she skipped me two times and she is on 002 and 700 , not even same series and here you are speaking in perfect English " oh well she speaks English she will handle you" looking away at the phone

Earlier today, I visited the bank. After waiting in a long queue, my number was called to booth 3. Once I began speaking in English, the staff member turned her face away and said she didn’t understand English, even though I was using very simple words. I tried saying basic terms like “cash” and “withdrawal,” but she repeatedly responded with “I don’t understand” without making any effort to engage or even look at me. I find it hard to believe that she genuinely didn’t understand; rather, it seemed she was unwilling to assist. What concerned me most was her dismissive attitude—it felt deeply disrespectful and left me feeling quite upset.

I had the pleasure of working with Illés Enikő, who handles business accounts at the bank, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, she was polite, conversational, and approachable, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Enikő was not only knowledgeable and well-informed, but also took the time to ensure I fully understood all the details related to my account. She patiently addressed every one of my questions and concerns, demonstrating both expertise and a genuine willingness to help. They are all racists . My serial was 342 but they jumped from serial 341 to 343 simply because I am a foreigner. I had to wait 1 hour and talk to them to finally get an appointment. This is ridiculous !!!! Avoid otp if u are not a Hungarian.
