Slow, understaffed, incompetent employees. I went in, spent about 40mins there - had to leave with NOTHING done, as they only have 1 competent clerk, and others can not do anything. (and that one was busy, and others arrived for appointment to her) Whoever is the manager of this place seriously lacks management skills if they are not able to do what they are supposed to do for their own clients.

The worst service ever. My card was expired last December. When I went to collect the new card, I got this broken card with opening envelope, stapled in both side. They offered me a new card saying that for the new card I don’t have to pay, which later they eventually deducted fee for the new card, which I didn’t still receive on hand. They didn’t even bother to take the complaint. The customer representative was unfriendly, not cooperative at all.

Very rude assistants. I came up to the assistant to ask whether I missed my number since a lot of new customers were going ahead of me and I got a response from another assistant “don’t talk to her, she is busy”.

If you're asking for an english-speaking assistant you'll wait for toooooo long, although there're at least two assistants who can speak english. They just keep pushing the numbers asking for english representative until there's no other option than calling them out. Some of the assistants there aren't nice. Wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account in this branch.

I search this branch and found so much negative reviews that I really was stressed going there but as went there ,the staff was very friendly and suprisingly very good with English language as well ,even in the Corona emergency time they handle my case as a normal regular customer I don't know what other faced but for me it was very positive and normal bank visit. I felt like necessary to express my positive experience here as there are so much negative reviews .
