Általában kedves a kiszolgálás, amit azonban legutóbb kaptam, azt nem kívánom senkinek sem. A gyógyszerész lekezelő volt és gúnyos, konkrétan kinevetett. Nem ártana átgondolniuk miért is választották ezt a szakmát. Ráférne pár tréning az alkalmazottakra, vagy épp a vezetőségre.

2025.12.16. Delután voltam édesanyámmal a gyógyszertárban. A kasszában egy idősebb hölgy volt. A viselkedése, a beszéd stílusa és a modora, taszító volt, annyira lekezelő volt egy, egyszerű gyógyszertàri készitményre érdeklődő kérdésre adott válasza, hogy úgy döntöttünk inkább eljövünk onnan és nem fogunk ott vásárolni se most, se a jövőben. Senkinek sem ajánljuk ezt a gyógyszertárat. Amiért főképp mentünk, nem volt. Majd az ott dolgozó hölgy, közölte velünk amúgy is nagyon drága. (Nem kérdeztük az árát, de fontosnak tartotta közölni velünk. Természetesen olyan stilusban, amit nem hogy nem engedhet meg magának ott a kassza mögött, de mèg "civil" körülmények közt is felrántaná az ember a szemöldökèt.) Ezt a nőt, úgy kikéne rugni ahogy van, nem hogy gyógyszertárba nem való, de arra sem; hogy a pult mögött fogadja a betérőket.

Gyógyszertári asszisztens tanulóként kerestem magamnak gyakorlati helyet. Olyan arrogáns, bunkó stílusban hajtott el a vezető gyógyszerész, hogy ennek a patikának a közelébe többet nem megyek. Elég szomorú, ha ugyanezt a stílust megengedi magának a betegekkel szemben is.

Kedvező árak, kedves kiszolgálás! Más patikákkal ellentétben itt mindig minden van készleten, soha nem kell másnap visszamenni egy-egy hiányzó gyógyszerért, azonnal tudnak ajánlani “helyettesítő” gyógyszert. Felmerülő kérdésekre készséggel, hozzáértően és türelemmel válaszolnak! Ha másik patikába mentem, mindig megbántam. Többet nem teszem! Legjobb gyógyszertár a kerületben!
