A mai napon 19-szer hívtam a patikát, nagyon fontos és sürgős információra lett volna szükségem. Az utolsó hívásnál felvették és anélkül, hogy beleszóltak volna félrerakták a telefont. Minősíthetetlen egy egészségügyi dolgozótól ez a hozzáállás! 😡😡😡😡

A kiszolgálás és a kísérő hangnem elfogadhatatlan , felháborító! A felírt gyógyszer kiadása is terhet okozott a hölgynek , mikor segítséget kértem, hogy valami nem használ , nem tanácsot adott, hanem azt kaptam “mit vár csodát “. Majd a blokk kiadása is gond volt , szájhúzás kísérte . Nem ajánlom senkinek ! Szerencse a közelben van másik 😉

Nem ott lakok a környéken csak beestem oda mert arra volt dolgom. Egy Floxal szemcsepp miatt amit az állatorvos írt fel a macskának(de keveset, ezért a körzeti hozzáírt még egyet, ugyan is volt már ilyen baja a macskának) a patikus úgy nézett rám mint egy csöves terroristára aki épp ölni akar gyógyszerekkel és elkérte a személyim is a Taj kártyám mellé mintha már a rendőrségen lennék. Szemét egy hely.

Este 18:30-kor is végtelenségig türelmes, készséges; segítőkész patikus hölgy fogadott. Jókedvű és precíz munkáját tovább emelte a szememben, hogy gyógyszerész Úr is szakértelmét bevetve segített kolléganőjének megfelelő adagolást, alkalmazást javasolni a páciensnek. Bőrgyógyászati tanácsot is kaptam. Köszönöm és hálás vagyok, hogy vannak ilyen lelkiismeretes, empatikus gyógyszertári szakdolgozók!
