I visited this place to fix broken tube. Guys fixed it in a couple of hours, but unfortunately on a second ride the replaced tube was damaged again. I decided to replace the tube myself and that's why I know for sure: they installed incorrect size of the tube. My bike Cube Nature EXC 2023 with Schwalbe Land Cruiser 50-622 tires. And they installed Continental Tour 28 All 32/47-609/642 tube which doesn't support tires with 50 width. Just money waste, not recommend.

the service is very nice and fast (i got my bike's tire fixed on spot in 10min), the price was cheaper than other shops. The stuff speak english also! Very happy with the service

I do not recommend going there, since I am highly unsatisfied with the service they provided. My boyfriend who rides fixed-gear recommended this shop to me and is a regular at this place. I only went in to get my bike checked (tightening brakes, checking my tires etc) and they kept it for a day. When I picked it up I noticed that my light was missing and I told them on the spot. They said they would call me back if they find it. I waited a few days and nothing happened so we went back in to ask for my light again. They were not cooperative at all, telling us that they don't have any reason to steal my light and that they don't have it, plus that I couldn't prove it that I had my light on in the first place. We ended up having to buy a new light, not even getting a discount or anything. Imagining losing two customers, especially a regular who spends thousands of forints monthly, just because you aren't cooperative and not willing to exchange the missing lamp, which you have lost, with a 1000ft lamp or giving a discount. In case you still want to go there, make sure you put down anything else that could be removed since they won't replace it if they lose it.

I guess they are too popular and too busy. I was there today, was planning to get some advice about which brand to choose for the part I would like to change. But the lady directly told me that I have to leave the bike and wait until Monday. I didn't even have the chance to ask my questions. I asked the price of the part to be changed, the current brand on the bike, and she didn't want to answer. She kept repeating the same thing. I had to ask 3 times and finally she came to check the part (it's shimano acera 7-9 speed rear gear derailleur, I'm sure they can share the price for that before I leave my bike there for 7 days). And finally, she shared the price, it was 9k Huf, which is also surprising because I checked their website before going there and the price was 6k huf in the website (probably those prices were outdated, but come on, its 2020, please update your website. I wouldn't walk all the way with the bike if I knew the actual price). I didn't say anything else because the woman looked angry all the time and I just left. I think they are not happy with being too busy and they don't care about being kind and helpful anymore.
