Terrible customer service from start to finish. There was no cooperation between staff, and nobody offered to help load a 65 kg piece of furniture into my car. This is standard service at many other furniture stores - you shouldn’t have to ask for such basic assistance. To make matters worse, the store couldn’t have my order ready on time and failed to explain where I was supposed to collect it. The reason was simple: the employee responsible for handing out goods from the warehouse wasn’t at their workstation, leaving customers to drive around the store trying to find where to pick up their purchases. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be shopping here again.

We came to by one smaller piece of furniture. It oil about 25 mins for the staff to find it. They knew it was in the shop, but it took that long to bring it out. Then the cashier, or more like the lack of it. 2 people behind the counter, helping with refund, warranty, serving two customers and keeping an eye on 4 self checkout... We bought something that had a little anti-theft thing on it.. so took another 20 mins to pay.. So to sum it up, only buy stuff here that you can find yourself and pay for at the self checkout, otherwise it will take a while.

Very slow, if you need something, you have to ask responsible person for a section, first you have to try to find that person which is not usually at that section, and you keep searching and at the end he/she doesn't speak English and you need to translate and then to wait long time because they are really slow. It was almost 20-30 minutes and I am still waiting for the guy who said will check the storage!!!

The communication is poor to customers. The delivery company's what they use for the completions of the orders is hella s*it. They late almost one week or more with the delivery. What i can recommend is change the services quality and give a little bit more respect to the angry customers. Just because recently when i'm called the call center they denied any help to me. Anyway there's no possibility to order once again from this company.

Very slow and poor customer handling in the case of returned product. Beware, if you return the product after already having walked in to the store with the product, you will have to spend one hour waiting and they will take their time to check every camera recording. Absolutely outdated and slow customer service and you can expect no apology. The product quality is fine, but the customer service is subpar.
