Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a 17. kerületi Raiffeisen bankfiók szolgáltatásaival. Külön szeretnénk kiemelni M. László munkáját, aki mindig rendkívül segítőkész, türelmes és precíz. Legutóbbi ügyintézésünk során különösen nagyra értékeltük, hogy a gyermekünkkel szemben is figyelmes és türelmes volt, ami nagyban megkönnyítette és gyorsította a folyamatot.

Ilyen kiszolgálással még életemben nem találkoztam. Számlát szerettem volna nyitni 15.10 perckor érkeztem 15.20 kor közölte a kopaszodó szemüveges úr hogy nem tudja megcsinálni a számlát( 40 perc zárásig!) mert ha esetleg ujabb ügyfél érkezik, akkor őt már nem tudják kiszolgálni mert ez nagy munka. De én már a székben ülök és én menjek el mert lehet hogy még jön valaki!!! Jó kis kifogás a munkakerülésre, igazán bátrak hogy ezt meg merik csinálni. Bravo Raiffeisen nem látjátok a legutobbi értékelésekből hogy itt nagy a gond a fejekben!!! Bocsi de máshol nyitok számlát!

Slow.....so slow..it is not uncommon that you have to wait for more than 30 minutes at the cashier. They have 2 but only keep one open. Once you get help it's ok though.
