Teljeskörű tájákoztatást kaptunk a mi szűk körű lehetőségeinkrő. Az ügyintéző Hölgy türelmes és készséges volt.

Good service! Nice people!

They are exceptionally "considerate" to foreigners, gracious enough to let them rest comfortably in the lobby and even get a good sleep, so they're in no rush to call the numbers for foreign customers. Moreover, they have to follow the rules; local customers with Hungarian number tickets that are behind yours have already been served, while those who took an English number are simply ignored. Oh, and by the way, if you speak English in this bank, you will be ignored. Your questions will only be met with a blanket "I don't know," even though some of their staff can speak English. What a thoughtful and customer-focused bank! I highly recommend it! 😘😘😘
