Great location right on Oktogon easy to pop in while passing by. Standard Rossmann selection, clean and well-stocked. However, there are no overhead signs or aisle markers to help you find what you need, so you’re left wandering around. On top of that, staff doesn’t speak English, which is surprising for such a touristy area. If they added some basic navigation signs on the ceiling, the experience would be much smoother

I've been shopping here regularly for years, it's been my favourite location. The staff has never been helpful, but the selection of products is good, and I appreciate the self checkout. But lately security has gotten really extreme, and today an elderly female member of staff started following me around the second I walked in, and a male security guard was following from the other side. They were moving along with every single step I took, and it would have been borderline funny if it wasn't so uncomfortable. I'm white BTW, so no racial profiling like with other reviewers, just really horrendous behaviour. The staff didn't deter any shoplifting today, but they ensured that I'll be going to DM from now on instead.

Have shopped at different cities and different drugstores but this one takes the cake in terms of blatant racial profiling. There is an older lady at the store who not only kept following me and my sister around the store even though we had a basket and were adding products to it but she kept stopping and taking a look inside our basket. This was definitely not random as she was targeting just us in the store. Is this is the way the elderly think they can treat people. Also what kind of customer service is being provided here and are the issues even being addressed as I have read multiple reviews specifically about the older women mistreating people at this outlet.

!!!To attention of store director if he exists: a very old woman in uniform of security is coughing horribly directly in front of faces of !all customers entering - you can see it on cameras! After such a "greeting" coughing into your face she starts walking right in front of you blocking any opportunity not only to choose what you need but to see what is on the shelves too. This person is out of control. You have to check her !mental health and she has to be fired ASAP because all her behaviours is a danger for health of Customers!!!
