This store really impressed me with its cleanliness and the millions of items nicely placed on the shelves. The security guard was very helpful, and I praised him for his kindness, professionalism, and the immaculately clean store. It was a pleasure to shop there! Also, since I was born in Budapest, I speak fluent Hungarian, and that alone is a huge bonus! Thank you very much for this fantastic experience!

Five stars for the most vigilant security guard in the country! He bravely stopped me and my dangerous ice cream at the gate. Truly, I’ve never seen such dedication to safety—no dessert shall pass!

Recently, I purchased replacement blades for my Philips One Blade trimmer at Rossmann. Unfortunately, when I finally decided to use them, I discovered that the package was empty. Initially, this was disappointing, but my opinion about the store changed for the better thanks to their excellent customer service. When I approached Rossmann, their staff immediately listened and understood the situation. The salespeople agreed to replace the product promptly and without any unnecessary questions. I was pleasantly surprised by such a level of service and attention to customers. I'm very grateful to the Rossmann team for their help and professional approach! The store clearly cares about its customers, and I will definitely return again. I highly recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!
