loved this place but recently service quality is down, burger meat was burned, music is too loud and they can't seem to fix the slippery oily floor problem, its actually slightly hazardous

📍Place: Super easy to get to. It's within walking distance of Nyugati Railway Station. Even though it's a bit off the beaten path, the location is great. The place itself looks super nice; it’s well-designed with a really good atmosphere. 🍛 Food: I love that they don’t overcomplicate things. I had the Royale with Cheese (2950 HUF) and it was actually better than Simon’s in my opinion. The bun is the best part - super fluffy, and the meat is juicy with those perfect crunchy edges. It’s a nice portion; it won't feed you for the whole day, but it’s absolutely fine for the price. The fries (750 HUF) are high quality and crunchy, plus they have unlimited free mayo and ketchup at the self-service station. Their special sauce is also a great addition! 👩🏼‍💼 Service: The staff is very nice and helpful, happy to answer any questions. The food came out quite efficiently. When they ran out of mayo, I told them and they replaced the bag very quickly and were really friendly about it. They accept SZÉP cards and the prices are quite cheap, it’s totally worth it. Overall, a very good experience!
