I've got the issue of Google wallet not working with a new Samsung A56. They simply dismissed me saying it's not a phone issue. It is a know issue. The attitude could have been more sympathetic. Had a similar attitude with a Samsung retail store in Arkad earlier in the day.

I've requested a replacement part for my gorenje oven a month ago. Communication from them is 0. I had to call them multiple times just to get an answer to my email. Since then nothing. I called them multiple times, emailed the multiple times, still nothing. I don't even know if they've ordered the replacement parts at all. If I could, I'd rate them negative 5 stars

I was a bit skeptical about visiting it due to the bad reviews here however decided to give a try due to being an official store. Unfortunately they couldn't help with my issue due to parts unavailability, but the service was one of the best I've had in Hungary so far. Super clear, quick and supportive. My experience was with the mobile phone area.

How come we can not rate it 0 star? Broken display bezels with my flip 5 even before 1 year. Basically dont buy samsung, every staff member in this service centre has an iphone, so they dont care. So I should upgrade to Xiaomi.

I've read other reviews complaining about the poor customer service and I do not agree. The staff member that talked to me had perfect English, knew exactly what I needed, he was kind and polite and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. If this was a restaurant I'd say I'd come back frequently, but I hope I don't have more technical issues any time soon :)
